Prompt

Preserve the original carmine-red engraved look of the stamp. Animate only the existing items found on the stamp: the bold black 'Kans.' overprint stamps itself onto the image with a satisfying mechanical thud and a slight visual recoil. George Washington's portrait winks playfully, his shoulders shifting slightly as if adjusting his jacket. The perforated edges wiggle in a rhythmic, bouncy motion. Do not add any new items or switch to a different scene.
