Prompt

The flags atop the capitol building flutter playfully in the wind while soft clouds drift across the background sky. The engraved portraits of Jackson and Sevier, the people who can be seen in the ovals on both the left and the right, first turn toward the camera, then toward each other, and then return back to their original pose. Both figures should turn. Maintain the classical design without altering the original artwork.
