Prompt

Animate the 1987 Jean Baptiste Point Du Sable stamp while strictly preserving its original colorful portrait style. Do not add any new elements or change the scene. First, make Du Sable's eyes subtly shift and blink to give him a grand, lifelike presence. Second, animate the stylized fur of his coat to rustle slightly in the wind. Playfully animate the background setting so the tiny pioneer figures and the river subtly move, contrasting the still, majestic portrait of the founder.
