Prompt

Animate the 2002 Greetings from Illinois stamp while strictly preserving its original retro linen-postcard style. Do not add any new elements or change the scene. First, playfully animate the mini-scenes inside the large 'ILLINOIS' letters—make the tiny Chicago skyline glimmer, and the farm tractor move slightly forward. Second, let the red cardinal fly in place. Grandly sweep a subtle glare across the retro background to emphasize the vintage postcard aesthetic without altering the layout.
